At Victoria Cross Cycles we strive to have the very best service.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm.

Thursdays we are open till 7pm.

Saturday’s we are open at 10:00am till 5:30pm.

Christmas Hours: 24th open till 2pm

Reopen on the 2nd of January, normal opening and closing times.

 

Payments: Our prices are in Euro. We use a PayPal system which accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discovery and American Express. Please see PayPal for their Terms and Conditions.

 

Shipping & Handling: Free Postage on all parts and accessories within the Rebulic of Ireland on orders over €50. If your order is below €50 then there will be a charge of €4.99. If your order is returned we will not pay for return postage.

 

Delivery: If you order online after 11:30am then we will have your order dipatched the same day.

Your order will be recieved within 4 working days if it is in stock for delivery.

 

Back Orders: We can back order an item if it is not in stock. You can contact us by email to cancel it.You can cancel within 7 working days.

 

Cookies: Web cookies are text files, which are stored on your computer. They are used to help enhance the shoppers experience on our web site and without them the shopping cart system is unable to record your product purchasing.

 

Returns, Refunds & Losses: Please email us about the product you wish to return.

You can return any item within 7 working days and recieve a refund if unsatisfied (Postage and packing not included). Must be in original packaging with all labels attached. Except on special orders or out of stock items or were a bike is puchased and accessories are fitted. We would ask you not to write, label or tape the retail packaging when returning unwanted purchases. If this happens, it will influence your refund claim. Please insultate/pad the box well. Organise shipping for the returning goods and retain a receipt from the courier company as proof of postage should you use a courier, as unfortunately we will not be able to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Data & Privacy: We do not give out our customers information except for delivery purposes.

 

We reserve the right to change any of the products we sell. Be that action a change in price, description or deletion.
